			No, I don't even own one.  The hardest I have is 4H and I use it for light, erasable outlines.  Actually, it's not the best choice for making erasable outlines because it's awfully easy to press too hard and then you end up with an indentation in your paper where you intended to make an erasable mark.  So I now usually use something softer and my 3H and 4H pencils are almost unused.  I can only imagine a 9H and am picturing something like a stainless steel stylus!

  Yeah, but more like a piece of stone. The use for a 9H ideally is that you don't erase it at all, you just build over it and what remains is so faint as to be invisible. BTW I never erase. But I do smudge a lot. | |

			would imagine the use of a 9H would give useful practice before trying a silver point.....
