You know, I think Virginia got more snow than Pennsylvania this year. I think we've probably only gotten about 15-20 inches so far. It's been quite nice

the morning is dawning with a pink tinge - it looks cold outside and there is only a zephyr tickling through the trees and bushes....

The weather forecasters are predicting another 18-24 inches of snow for the DC and NoVa areas starting tomorrow morning and continuing into Saturday!

They are calling for even more snow on Tuesday and Wednesday and since the temperatures are going to stay below freezing, it's going to start looking like Wisconsin around here.

I don't know about global warming but if we do get another 20 inches of snow, it will be the first time this area has received 2 20+ inch storms in the same season in recorded history.

Seems more like Global FREEZING to me.

Dull, cloudy but less chilly than of late - significant thaw (likely flooding somewhere) - but still fair amount of slush on our road as well as ice tramlines....

We're going to get one of those lovely two day snowstorms that roll in one day at noon and then just keep on snowing until the following night.

On top of the 30+ inches of snow that we got this past Friday and Saturday, they are predicting another 7-14 inches.

They finally plowed our street late last night (although they did a very poor job) so we were able to get out and pick up a few groceries for the next round of storms. Thank goodness.
