Smile Raymond E. Fiest - at the gates of darkness

the new fiest book has just been released, sadly not in ebook format yet.

is anyone currently reading this, or has read it?

I enjoyed the previous book 'rides a dread legion', but the question is, do I buy the hardback now, or wait for it in ebook format. The answer depends on how good is it, if its great, then I'll get it now as im lacking a really good book to get my teeth into at the minute, but if its so-so, then i'd rather wait and save the cash.

any ideas?

I enjoyed Rides a Dread Legion too but it wasn't enough to make me want to rush out and buy At the Gates of Darkness in hardback. I'll wait for the ebook.

Just started reading Rides a Dread Legion - I bought it in ePUB format for my Sony reader and it seems to run really slowly. Page turns are literally around 5 seconds.
Haven't had any other issues with ePUB before, but there you go.

The book itself isn't off to the best of starts, I'm a major Feist fan and have everything else he's written, but this one has a really weak beginning to it!
(Fingers crossed that it gets up to the usual standard quickly)

At the gates of darkness has been released in ebook format, here is the link if anyone is interested:

http://www.waterstones.com/waterston...ook29/7443435/

But frankly im a bit pee'd off! at the gates of darkness costs £14.28 in ebook format, and the print version only costs £11.39 . ?!???!??! How can they justify charging more for ebook than print, surely it costs more to create a print copy than a digital copy, or am I wrong here? Just a bit confused why they would do this.
