				Zelda had a little lamb

I keep on seeing this in ShortNCuddlyAm's device description: "Zelda had a little lamb." Anyone else get this brilliant mental image of Zelda being a cute cuddly sheep? |

My mental image of Zelda is a monstrously great and powerful eagle with harsh dark lines soaring the skies leaving dark shadows on the people below who run in fear of the terror she causes when she hunts her prey which is preferably a wee lamb right out of her mommy's chute. Okay, I've had one too many donuts today. No, I don't. |

What pops into my mind is that old, schoolground joke: "Zelda had a little lamb, the doctor had a fit." That would be late primary school, year 6-7, Amberley State Primary School, aged 11-12. Time has moved on, but I haven't much. Cheers, Marc |

I heard a variation on the radio recently: Zelda had a mobile phone, She texted day and night, But when it came to her exams She'd forgotten how to write. (From a news story about how texting improves child literacy - the presenter couldn't understand how that could be, and spouted the above in response.) |
