Just because the software says it's done, doesn't meant he OS is done. I've had that problem once. I thought the software was done, pulled the USB cable and screwed things up. Using the eject means when it is ejected, it really is done.

You can always eject everything in Finder.
Personally, I've been using the Sony Reader software recently, and I use the eject button there without drama. amjb |
