I use cream to make chocolate a lot--it really doesn't need much sugar added. When I do add sugar, it's about a tsp, maybe two per pint--depends on the dish, of course. Cream really doesn't need much...

With shock and horror I just realised that this is a World countdown

You lucky, lucky people. Germany has Xmas on the 24th !!!!! which means someone just pinched a shopping day from me. Not to mention the curing time for my chutney & figs in vodka (standard present, so doesn't count as present anymore )
