Well, if we are going to try force everyone to use foreign words that they don't understand, let's do it right:
e-Byblion Unfortunately, I don't know ancient Greek and I couldn't find an equivalent to "reader". |

I read is lego (yes, like LEGO :P well, like in latin too) and it would be a word based on the leg- root but as Jellby said before, the electronic part is a mess to translate. Still classicism has its appeal.

![]() I'd welcome a word that was universally accepted, rather than every language finding their own. (I don't think it'll happen, but it'd be good if it did, imho). |

That's the real issue- one word. After all languages are enriched by their own nature through the mean of loan from others. And let's face it, it's easier too, in an open world.

Are people going on French language forums and forcing you to use English words instead of French words while speaking French?

"There's nothing I like more than a lost cause or a line in the sand "It has a big yellow smiley face at the end. You know what that denotes? It denotes humour, tongue-in-cheek, having a bit of a laugh. But I wouldn't expect you and the rest of the Beige Brigade to actually understand any of those concepts. And if you think a majority opinion means a fracking thing to me, then you're about as deluded as a man who buys a pair of trousers instead of a hat, and then insists upon wearing said trousers upon his head long after he's been made aware of his trouser/hat confusion. Oh, and if you didn't get it already, the above paragraph was an attempt at humour. But maybe I should tag it with gigantic flashing lights so you'd actually understand that. (it's opposite day)
