Help debug an application crash with 6.11 firmware
Taranis, the weather app for PocketBook devices, has been reported to crash on devices running the 6.11 firmware, see issue #125 on taranis Github project.

Is anyone owning a device running 6.11 firmware willing to share the output of running taranis release candidate 1.20.0-rc3 from a shell? Meaning share the output of running
Code:
/mnt/ext1/applications/taranis
through PBTerm or a remote shell if SSH server is enabled on the device?

I don't own such device...

I'm back home tomorrow so will test on my device then.

Isn't your Vivlio Touch HD Plus actually the same hardware as my PB632 anyway, so there should be a 6.11 OTA update available for it that you could test?

For the latest beta release of Taranis on github there doesn't appear to be a 6.11 version for the b288 chipset?

Probably but Vivlio doesn't send upgrades anymore. Maybe it's possible to install the PocketBook firmware ?

AFAIU, the 6.11 SDK is published with a reference to RK3566; I didn't see versions for B288 or B300. I checked that taranis build is using the same version as in koreader. But I'd be grateful for any information on this topic because I really feel uncomfortable with this situation too...


EDIT: I am using the 6.11 SDK from https://github.com/Sean-on-Git/PocketBook-SDK/releases
