I can't seem to install KUAL after jailbreaking PW5 11th Gen.

If your Fw is 5.19.4 or higher, KUAL is no longer working at all

What do you mean by "can't install"? Can you not see the scriplet appear? Do you geta white screen or Application Error?

Latest PW FW is 5.19.6, so I guess not

Thank you for the new jailbreak, but I haven't tried it yet because I can't fill my Kindle Paperwhite 10th edition first, as it has a micro usb plug, so no matter which cord I use to plug it into my PC, I can't get the computer to recognise the Kindle.
I have tried several different laptops, and multiple different USB cords, but it seems to be because it has the micro usb plug on the other end.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Should I attempt the jailbreak without filling the Kindle?

Don't connect to the net without filling the device. It may update. Get a USB cord that works.

Doesn't Vera work on all current firmwares? 5.19.6 is supported so it doesn't really make any difference right now. Also as the memory is non-replaceable, filling it up and adding read-/write-cycles isn't a great idea.

Micro USB is a perfectly fine plug to use, overall. Be sure to test the cords you have with other devices to see if they work with them for data, then when you have one that works try it with the Kindle.

They have a Kindle Paperwhite 10th, which is not listed for Vera. I don't what his options are, but I'd recommend blocking any updates before connecting.

Just bought a PW 16gb in Canada. FW is 5.17.1. It's gonna look lovely with Koreader.
