I have a Kobo Aura Edition 2 (N236) with a failed internal microSD card.
Windows detects the card but asks to format it and it is unreadable.
Could anyone please share the SD card image (.img) for the Kobo Aura Edition 1 end 2(N236)?

Just a quick reminder that a Kobo µSD card contains 2 Linux ext4 partitions (system and recovery) as well as the FAT32 partition that is exposed over the USB connection. It is entirely normal for Windows to complain about the card and want to format it since Windows normally does not understand an ext4 Linux partition.

So if you take the card out of your Kobo ereader and your Windows computer wants to format it, that is entirely normal. Just don't do it.
