Device: Jailbroken Kindle-koreader
How to stop autoconversion when sending CBR files to e-reader

I have a Kindle PaperWhite 5, but I have jailbroken it, then I am using koreader to read my books, I have successfully transferred CBZ books to the device using the wireless device connection without any issues, however when I try sending CBR files I am always prompted to convert the files to a "supported format". If I choose "No" the transfer will never happen.

I have tried transferring the CBR files using a USB cable and koreader can open CBR files perfectly. Does anybody know any workaround or settings that I might be missing to send CBR files without having to convert them to a different format?

Connect your Kindle PW5 to your computer and run calibre. Click on the down arrow beside the device icon and then click on configure this device. Under available formats, scroll down to cbz and enable that format. Click OK and restart calibre. After the restart, if you re-open the device configuration, you should see cbz moved to to bottom of the enabled list. See attached images though I have enabled cb7, cbr and cbz.
