Your Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU) protection has been extended

We understand that moving to a new PC can take time. As part of our ongoing commitment to helping customers stay secure during the transition, the Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU) program for personal devices is being provided an additional year. Coverage will now be available through October 12, 2027.

As a current user enrolled in ESU, you will automatically receive an additional year of protection. No action is required on your end, the extension will be automatic.

Very little mention of this around the traps, ftr: I didn't have to pay for ESU, means I can defer buying a new laptop for another 12 months.

After one year (just today Google recalled the "1 Year since" pic I'd took) it came available a version of the Cosmic desktop, for Pop_OS!, I wasn't sure about as in doubt on how Krita would work not natively on a wayland desktop (the "old" OS was still using xorg, Cosmic is, instead, written in rust and uses natively wayland as compositor).
It seems to work flawlessy smooth (time will tell); also, a nice environment (icons, panels..).
