Hello

My Libra 2 got bricked by a firmware update and I need a new SD card image.

I don't know what information you need, but the version file contains the following:

N418323233533,4.1.15,4.38.23684,4.1.15,4.1.15,0000 0000-0000-0000-0000-000000000388

So that is a Libra 2, N418 hardware version 2.

Kobo have been next to useless, so any help would be much appreciated

Buongiorno, scusa ma sono nuovo del Forum, ieri ho fatto la richiesta per l'immagine della scheda SD del mio Kobo Clara HD N249, solo che ho visto il tuo messaggio "messaggi privati inviati", ma a me non è arrivato nulla.
Ho sbagliato io qualcosa?

Tengo el ebook KOBO CLARA HD con la SD mal , tengo tambien el numero de serie , veo que teneis dos versiones de imagen N249 , no se cual de ellas es la que necesito .
