Kobo patch "Both page turn buttons go to next" ALSO affects Kobo Remote
Just FYI, if you use the newly fixed Kobo patch "Both page turn buttons go next," that also affects the Kobo Remote: on the remote, both the large and the small page-turn buttons will also go to the next page; there will no longer be a way to go back a page using the remote.

Well, the remote kind of provides the same functionality as the buttons, and apparently it also triggers the same code. I don't see an easy way to intercept the key events from the remote and handle them differently, if that is what you're asking. Maybe somebody else does.
