check for incorrect text

Hi,
Could someone please tell me if there's a way to check multiple books for incorrect text formatting, as shown, for example, in the attached image?

That is NOT a formatting issue.
That is a incorrect character set setting issue. Those results could have been introduced by whomever converted. You need the original, then set different 'input character encoding' on the conversion beginning screen:look and feel: Text (tab)
Do not overwrite the original

I think it could be a character encoding issue. Install the Modify ePub plugin in calibre. It can change the encoding to UTF-8.
