Impossible export – calibre 9.5.0

Hello, Bonjour,
When I do an export from calibre 9.5.0 on Win11, I get an error message of which here is a copy:
Lorsque je fais une exportation de calibre 9.5.0 sous Win11, j’ai un message d’erreur dont voici la copie :

A user has reported solving a similar issue by running calibre as Admin.

While running as admin is a work around, it doesn't solve the underlying issue
