Problemas con un epub

He creado un epub con la intención de subirlo a Amazon como complemento a un libro que he autopublicado, pero me da dos errores graves que me impiden subirlo.
El primero es un recuadro que aparece en las notas finales del libro y que estéticamente afea enormente las páginas y el segundo es que las referencias a las notas finales que tengo en el texto del libro no me envían al número correspondiente de las notas finales existentes, pero, sin embargo, al revés sí, es decir, que si pincho en el número correspondiente de las páginas de notas finales si me lleva al número de referencia que aparece en el texto del libro.

Ufff, un epub de diseño fijo; es tu elección logicamente pero para decantarte por un epub de ese tipo, hubiera sido tal vez mejor considerar el formato .pdf. Y si ya tienes este formato disponible para los compradores de tu libro, entonces lo mejor es generar un epub de diseño fluido.

Como sea, tu problema del recuadro de las notas finales lo resuelves cambiando en el archivo "11_Limpio-73.xhtml" lo siguiente:

En lugar de:

<section id="_idContainer1983" class="Basic-Text-Frame" role="doc-endnotes" epub:type="endnotes">

reemplázalo con:

<section id="_idContainer1983" role="doc-endnotes" epub:type="endnotes">

En cuanto a lo que dices respecto de las notas finales, no encontré ningún error en los vínculos respectivos. Ten en cuenta que estás trabajando con un epub de diseño fijo; cuando pinchas un vínculo en el texto para que te lleve a la nota final, te va a llevar a la página de las notas finales en donde está incluida la referencia. Como solo tienes una sola hoja de notas finales, cualquier nota que pinches siempre te va a llevar a esa única página, no a la nota respectiva (que si ocurriría en un epub de diseño flexible, que no es este el caso).

Regarding what you said about the endnotes, I didn't find any errors in the respective links. Keep in mind that you're working with a fixed-layout epub; when you click a link in the text to go to the endnote, it will take you to the endnotes page where the reference is included. Since you only have one page of endnotes, any note you click will always take you to that single page, not to the respective note (which would happen in a flexible design epub, which is not the case here).
