Got it working
An update from the previous thread. I got it working. Alice in Wonderland showed up. I can load books by Send To. I found something called Change or Delete Library and now all seems well.

However - a did the Change Library again and all books disappeared. That was to be expected. Now how do I get them back? This method seems very unfriendly.

You can have multiple libraries if you want to, for some reason. So if you change into another library (which is really just a folder on the disc) it displays files from that library-folder.
So you can change to that previous Library/folder or you can copy any files you want (using for example Files app on the device) to the Library/folder you have selected.
And the just pull to refresh in the Library, it will load all new added files.

I give up. Sorry. After Change Library I can find no old library that loads. I find individual books but they won’t load.

OK, lets try this...
1. what is the name of the folder you have books in?
2. if you click Change Library and navigate to that folder (so you see the content of it), and hit open... how many books does it say it found?

Library name Biography
260 books
If I enter that library and click on a book it doesn’t load.

Nor can I find the old library that had Alice and two other books I had added.

I am confused here :-)
1. so you see those 260 books in the library or not?
- if yes and you refresh that library (pull to refresh), what happens?
- if not that I don't know where you are :-)
2. how did you add those other books to the library with that Alice? I supposed in Files... can you find that folder in Files?

I'm having the same problem as One Old Man. My library is in One Drive. I can navigate to the library folder, see the author folders and the book folders. However, when I select a book epub it will not load. A popup says processing complete. 0 books in 0 seconds.

OK, sort of figured it out. I copied my library over to iCloud Drive, hit open and justread found all my books. The problem is that other library locations such as OneDrive and Dropbox does not allow me to select open. It remains grayed out. Presumably in a future update? A very attractive and customizable app.

Hi, i tested with all main providers: icloud, onedrive, dropbox and google drive. All working the same.
Will look into it, but got different reactions on this (via email) like: Good evening from Austria,
I really love this app! Just synced a 5k+ library like nothing, I‘m impressed with the way it handles the cloud connections. Other apps I tried over the years couldn‘t handle GDrive.

As I understand it, that Open button, when you need to load the books is not blue and you cannot touch it? Maybe... isn't there some security option for that specific cloud provider somewhere in the app you enabled?
Because I tested it the simplest possible way: install on my mac, install on iphone (for example dropbox). Create folder with few files on mac, select folder on iphone. Never set nowhere nothing special.
