Trade Looking for Kobo Clara Colour in white in exchange for black one (+$20)

Hi all,

I purchased a Kobo Clara Colour mere months before they released a white one. I really want the white one. So, I'm willing to pay $20 to trade in my black one for a white one.

I'm in the USA.

Nobody is going to do this trade as the warranty is not transferable. So both Kobos will end up having no warranty.

Does using KoboRoot.tar.gz void it too? If so I have no warranty.

What is it you are installing? I've never heard of installing software killing the warranty.

Failing a trade, why not skin it? Not quite the same, but it also lets you keep your device and its customization. And maybe there'd be a skin you'd like even more, or at least as much.
