Threading Violation

Calibre 8.14, Linux Mint 22.2 & Mate Desktop. Picom X Hybrid renderer. Optiplex 5070 with 16M RAM. SSD and Calibre on internal SATA HDD

I never saw this error message before. Seems to happen when I right click mouse when it's busy with something.

I'll try and screen grab if I see it again.
I might have been sending epubs to Kobo Sage and right clicked on a row.
I think I've been using Calibre for over 10 years and never seen this popup message.

Or it could just be gremlins. Can you replicate the error from an entirely new session?

It's a i7-9700 (I think, I'm on a little laptop right now) and was updated FW to most recent when I got it a couple of weeks ago from CEX.

I'll see can it be replicated.

I can't re-create it. Right clicked on an ebook row to get a menu while it was doing stuff with Sage (reading status, backup, sending new books).

I suspect some rare race condition.

Not seen the "Threading violation"

There was a Linux Mint "Intel microcode" update.
