You can assign one in Sigil Preferences, in Shortcut Manager. It is registered to be assigned one.

sm->registerAction(this, ui.actionMendPrettifyHTML, "MainWindow.MendPrettifyHTML");
sm->registerAction(this, ui.actionMendHTML, "MainWindow.MendHTML");
