ARM64 is supported better with Linux, as most of the business software providers that are the reason for corporate Windows use only support x86-64. Windows Desktop on ARM is poorly supported.

Calibre does run on Mac and Linux ARM-64

No, no news. calibre runs fine under emulation on ARM64 in windows. Someday I may get around to creating windows ARM builds but its a lot of headache for what is still a very niche use case.
