[Kobo] Missing checkmark

First of all, I apologize for not finding the solution I was looking for, either in the online manual or online. Maybe there is one, but I couldn't find it

When I connected my Kobo Clara HD e-reader to Calibre on a Windows 10 PC, only the books that weren't in both were not highlighted with a checkmark (green V).

For a week now, I've been finding books that aren't there; when I query the Device or Library separately, I find the same books in both. In fact, if I try to copy them, I get the message that the book is already present.
I also tried comparing the books, but no difference is detected. What could be going on?

Mi scuso innanzitutto per non aver trovato la soluzione che ho cercato sia nel Manuale on line, sia in rete; magari c'è ma io non l'ho trovata :-(

Quando collegavo il mio e-reader Kobo Clara HD a Calibre, in un pc win10, non venivano evidenziati con una spunta (V verde) solo i libri che non risultavano in entrambi.

Da una settimana trovo dei libri senza spunta, che non dovrebbero esserci; interrogando separatamente il Dispositivo o la Biblioteca, gli stessi libri li trovo in entrambi; se infatti provo a copiarli, c'è il messaggio che il libro è già presente.
Ho provato anche a comparare i libri, ma non viene rilevata nessuna differenza. Che può essere accaduto?
