I recently read a stinker of a book. But because it was short, I wanted to find out how it ended and it was still rubbish with not much of an ending.

The next book I read (well listened to) after that was rather enjoyable.

When you start a book because of its name reminding you of your late Dad (3 Dahlias, his favourite flower), and it turns out to be so good you get the next one in the series too
