Hello everyone, I really need your help.
I tried to update my kobo mini by installing the Kobo Glo firmware but I’m not sure what I did wrong, the screen went blank. I tried to follow some tips I found on the net so I formatted the SD card (which was wrong I just knew that). I tried to reinstall the initial firmware and still nothing. I read that there are files that should be restored such as Image writer and image creator I tried to download them but failed. Can anyone please simplify the process for me and provide me with valid links I’d be grateful 🙏🏻

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

I'm looking for the N506 Clara 2E image file for installation through uSD and guide on how to exactly doing 'cause i'm totally new to this : i'm fixing my gf broken reader and have never deal with such procedures. For what i understand i must use a clean img cause mine is bricked and is causing the issue (my best guess so for with troubleshooting for her clara 2E got the known 2 black and white chimes before endless white screen with blinkind led).

I'm in the same boat trying to troubleshoot for my wife. I found this video helpful for the process. Once you have the image you can just pick up from the Write Image step, but it's worth watching the whole first part of the video.
