he is a co-worker. if he ever showed up in these forums I would faint dead away. his idea of a riveting read is skanky brown paper wrapping literature, or the latest Archie and Jughead issue.

Hi. It's me - Dennis. I know it's a shock, but it really is me. Sorry, girlie. Don't mean to upset you. Hey, what's wrong with my brown paper wrapping literature anyway? It's not skanky. There are some GOOD stories in there!! You should read some of them. And, oh, I come here because of all the Archie and Jughead ecomics that are posted in the upload section. They're hilarious! Anyway, see ya by the water cooler in an hour? I could show you some of my latest literature, if you want.

Okay. We have a new Electronic Medical Record. Got it? And with this EMR, we have to take notes at the patient's bedside as we are seeing them. With me so far? That means that we either have to a) see a patient in our office witha desktop or b) have a portable tablet that we carry with us to the bedside. That clear? So, today, being the first day of the new EMR, I go in to see patients. Not a stretch i do that every farking weekend. --Now follow closely-- I ask for my tablet. Blank stares. You know, the tablets they've been talking about for about a farking year? THE TABLET?????? Oh, I guess we forgot to order those. AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! Forgot to order the tablets? I do hope you can just add another order for them ... but I guess it goes through the whole bureaucratic process - and as soon as you get the tablets you will have a new shiny system which requires another kind of input-device...

Then, I sent a prescription to a printer and it vaporized. Sent to some unknown printer on some unknown network on an as yet to be determined planet, somewhere. If anyone gets a printout of a prescription for a Schedule II medication with my name on it, could you give me a call? |

Ah, Pshrynk, I'm sorry. If it's any consolation, I'm in school to prevent this type of thing happening. (Medical Office Management). I'm going to use your example in a classroom discussion this week.

canada is taking the lead in doughnuts, there are more doughnut shops in canada per capta than there are in the us, we must strive to close this doughnut gap without filling in the doughnut hole
