				New SDK-6.8 release on GitHub

The github repo https://github.com/pocketbook/SDK_6.3.0 just got a new release yesterday.

Initially the release was titled "SDK-B288-6.8" and had just the default source code attachments. A bit later (several hours IIRC) it got recreated as the current "SDK-6.8" with two 7z archives named "SDK-B288-6.8.7z" and "SDK-B300-6.8.7z". The release link is https://github.com/pocketbook/SDK_6....leases/tag/6.8 It is surprising to see life in that repository. |

			Thank you @imustafin

Looks very interesting: A quick look to the SDK-B288 version I am used to, reveals that the new version provides Qt 5.12! It also exposes many news symbols in the pocketbook namespace. Great news! |

Does someone knows what are the differences between SDK-B288 and SDK-B300?

It is just a guess, but I feel pretty confident that one is for devices using the Allwinner B288 dual-core SoC (System on Chip), and the other is for devices using the Allwinner B300 quad-core SoC.

I'm about to try and dig into writiting a Qt app for the Era - does anyone know how dynamically linking to Qt5 included in this latest SDK works with libInkView?

Is the framebuffer and update mechanism abstracted away entirely? It seems there's some sort of .so lib included - libqpocketbook2.so |

Ah I think I see how it works. Qt writes to the framebuffer /dev/fb0 - then it's up to me to call the InkView methods to update the display.
