Store annotations & highlighting internal or externally
Can azw3 and mobi be like epub that does store annotations & highlighting internal to itself. Then the information does move with book.
 How difficult is it to achieve technically. Can it be implemented?

anything can be implemented, but its not worth the effort at least for me, patches welcome.
