Access to actions not on toolbar ?
Is there a way to access less used action items that I don't want on the main toolbar?
Calibre 7.5.1, Win 11

Why not remove (or move to the Menubar: No icon) those simple (no submenu) commonly used by used and just use the Keyboard shortcut.

It should be easier to remember those that you use all the time.
There's a Toolbar->Icon size setting in Preferences->Look & Feel->Main interface, if it's set to Off you don't get the icons, but you do get the down-arrow glyphs to indicate presence of optional actions — you don't get the latter on the Menubar.

My point was how to keep some icons. Typically for those less used.
Use of the Menubar (takes a small amount of space) is a good compromise

Thanks all. Although I've used Calibre for 10 years, I've overlooked the menu bar, since it's not there by default. That will do nicely to dock the less used tools.
