Hmm... I've never used Smashwords before, so I'm a little confused... how would you have even found that omnibus in the first place? I found Lindsay Buroker's Smashwords author page, and it lists all five of the Agents of the Crown books, but the omnibus doesn't seem to be in the list of books she's published there? It only seems to be visible through a web search.
