Thanks a lot DNSB. Unfortunately, image file fails to write on sd card each time at 27% "A write error occured during processing", even if I change the card by new one.

That's seems to be an img reading error.
Did I miss something ?

OK I deleted each partition on the sdcard then created a new one in FAT32 and the img writer successed to write the img file on the card.
When I put it back in the kobo, the screen stays white
light is on (no blink)

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in Requests to enable Private Messages to ask it to be enabled.

Once PMs are enabled, please re-post here to let me know.

The image writer software should overwrite any partitions existing on the uSD card so formatting the card should not have any effect.

Assuming you are running under Windows, the SHA-256 hash for the .zip file should be F28E165FC43A4055781DABAE9039E6780B4BB101D0725D3BF6 769DD3581656A3 just to make sure your copy is not damaged.

If all this matches up, it's possible that your Glo's issue is not due to the internal uSD card but rather due to a different failure.
