how to change the color of the rows depending on the category? Categories designed through dots between tags

Preference/Appearance/Column coloring
If in the tag column you have Fantasia or the categories you want to add separated by a comma, the row will be the color you choose

Yes, templates can be used. But here, you want a screwdriver, not a hammer. The basic rules editor is suitable.
