I know a few methots to send with wifi but i dont want my kindle to update itself.
Because of autoupdates i can’t jailbreak my device. I hate Amazon.

Anyway, as the title said i am looking for a way to send rss feeds to kindle with cable

You could make custom recipe with Calibre or check out if there's built-in recipe for the RSS feed you need.
