It depends on the problem. The problem could be a failing card, in which case you should use a new one. But, if there is no problem with the card, you can reuse it.

You should get a new one. You can use the new one and if the old one is OK you can use that as a backup. The new one can be of a larger size. Try a 32GB card.

Hi, could I get an image for the Kobo Clara HD please?

Something went wrong during an update a few days ago and now it's stuck on a blank screen. The blinking LED on the power button is the only indication that it's not completely dead.
I've tried the manual reset but nothing happened. I've also tried manually downloading the firmware and putting it on the sd card directly, but that also didn't do anything.
