The only books I have bought in the past few years have been mainly travel guides. Also anything that relies on pictures (art books etc.) as I have yet to find an ereader that can display pictures properly, and at the size intended. |

The only physical books that I have bought lately are author proofs of the ones that I write and publish myself. It's the same for music; despite being a creator of music, I have not bought anyone else's music in what...20 years? I hope the public doesn't share my attitude. [But it seems they do. I think we're screwed.] |

I mostly purchase ebooks & audiobooks or borrow the same from the library. I buy a physical copy (usually used) for my "keeper" shelf if it's something I really enjoyed.

I would like to purchase more pbooks, but unfortunately my format of choice (mass market paperback) seems to be rapidly disappearing. Trade paperbacks are nice, but much more expensive, and take up more room on my shelves.

I've had all my (personally generated) guitar transcription in electronic format since the days of Palm Pilot!

I've started to buy more used books lately from thrift books for some older titles if I can't find a reasonable price for them as e-books and they arent' available digitally with a service I use.
