When having device connected

I have the following question.
Having the device connected, you can choose which columns to see?
I ask why, although the toolbar changes when a device is connected, it will be possible to choose which columns to show in this instance?

Set up your columns as a View Manager view, create an Action Chain to switch to that view, and then use AC's Event Manager to run that chain upon device connection.

What regular expression would it be to create a virtual library of the books on the device?

On device is transient (only there when connected)
Ondevice:true shows only books on the device WHEN CONNECTED. No need for a VL in this case

I created an #onkobo boolean (yes/no) column and use ondevice:true OR #onkobo:true for the VL. If you have multiple devices, a tag-like column listing them might be more suitable.
