I'm experiencing some issue(s) and reported it to Kobo.

Specifically, I'm a Kobo beta tester, as are several other regulars here. We've made it very clear in the Kobo beta-tester Slack group with the developers that there are problems with 4.31.

Thanks. Another fellow Kobo Libra 2 owner here in our local e-readers group in the Philippines updated her Libra 2 after a prompt that there was an update, and her device was stuck/frozen in the loading screen (3 dots) and was like that for over an hour.

Do you know if she had wifi turned on? I seem to recall reports of Kobos getting stuck on boot if wifi was disabled.
