Quick tip if you use a chapter count column.

If a book has no chapter numbers, you can spare yourself from all the manual counting by:

• opening in ebook-viewer.exe;
• opening the TOC;
• right-clicking on the TOC and copying all the entries;
• remove all the unwanted entries (e.g. copyright pages)
• putting it through a line numberer

I only just realized I could do this, so hopefully someone else will be spared the same pain.
