Thank you. Will take a look at it. But for me the font is already Unicode and its appearance in Vietnamese is currently flawless.

I recently used Penelope to convert a couple of dictionaries I downloaded for KOReader to Kobo format to use with Nickel. The conversion was immediate and the dictionaries work flawlessly.

The dictionaries were just 2 MB in size and apparently Penelope hasn't got an update since 2016, but it has worked for me. Just install Python and then install Penelope with pip as for the install instructions in the aforementioned link.

Spanish to French Kobo dictionary for English language Kobo ?
Hi to all,

Firstly best wishes for 2022!

I have a new Kobo Forma that I'm in the process of configuring. I chose to configure it in English. But I would like to add the basic Kobo free Spanish-French dictionary. This does not seem on offer in the options. Could someone please help me find this dictionary?

Are there the following dictionaries for Kobo Sage available/or could someone do/convert them? I have no either open sources.

Would be very grateful for it!

German-Russian
English-Russian (there is already a Russian - English dict. on the forum)
Arabic-Russian
Turkish-Russian
Turkish-English

You can update your device to firmware 4.31.19086 and then sync your device; it'll automatically download the new dictionaries.

Or you can download the file directly and place it inside the .kobo/dict folder.

Still did not find a German-Russian Dictionary for Kobo Sage.

Seems no one needs it except me.
