Suggestion: Additional Column for CSV/XML-Catalog
It would be useful to have an additional column when generating the csv/xml-catalog in which the path of the book of the calibre library is stored - the containing folder (relative or absolute). Then you can use these data to easy access the ebook folder without calibre.
