I also updated my Boox Nova 3 this morning. Wow, the contrast seems so much better than before. Also, the native DPI option in the optimize menu seems to help a lot with certain apps like Pocketbook or Tolino.

Since I'm not using Neoreader, I cannot comment on that but overall, the update seems to be really good.

I was waiting the v2 of ePub support in Neoreader (I use it for the handwritten notes), but actually it is unusable: half of my ePubs does not open at all, and when an ebook manages to be open, there are typographic problems everywhere...

How is the note app? I'm mostly interested if it's possible to make one vertical page of two horizontal ones. That's pretty much the only thing I lack.

@fbrzvnrd Guess you're stuck with reporting to them waiting to fix... Kinda disappointed at how often the updates break things, at least they respond and fix things pretty fast. Fortunately for me, I use NeoReader exclusively for pdfs.

I did this in 3.0 exporting all the notes as PDF and reading it as double page in Neoreader.I'll take a look if now it is possible without the exporting.

I begun reporting, but it is hard using only screenshots, we need a "bugzilla" for serious reports...

A Nova 3 color is great news for those who want color e-Ink. However, the 100 dpi seems a bit low. I'm inclined, as of now, to stick with grayscale.

It is not as bad as you might think. Check the wiki page E Ink Kaleido.
