5.10.1: Viewer Side Buttons missing
Please bring back the side buttons in the viewer window. They were so much better back in Calibre 3.

I thought it was gone for good. Another problem, just by adding the small sidebar, the viewer window seems to get 25% wider than it was.
Adding the table of contents, the viewer window seems to like grow 50% wider.
Is it supposed to be this way?

Adding panels doesnt change the size of the window. What OS is this?

Ctrl+F11 to toggle Show/Hide, it's been there since version 2.??.

In versions 2, 3 & 4 the default was Show, in version 5 it was changed to Hide,

I'm using Windows 10 10586. If I put the table of contents to show, close the viewer and then reopen, it does change.

use the option in the misc section of the viewer preferences to remember last used window size

You really really should update your obsolete version of Windows 10. That's from November 2015. There have been a lot o changes since then and some software requires a newer version of Windows 10.
