Is there any way to add buttons to the toolbar for the following functions?

read aloud
select all

Today as I was using the "select all" button for the umpteenth on this very day, I remembered that it was added on a whim to accommodate me. I don't know if anyone else uses it, but I want to thank you AGAIN @kovidgoyal for adding this button to the toolbar because I know you didn't want to do it.
