v3.2.10 is up. More and more unit tests are being included now that I know I can run arbitrary Python in calibre's environment via calibre-debug.

Sorry, don't know where to post. I have a problem with consistency with footnote with kepub and calibre. With the same html sometimes I have the pop-up (footnote 1 to 15) and all the other footnotes are just navigation footnotes (all the footnote >15). But for other book it's the first one and the other pop-up correctly.

The problem is that i don't see any difference between the correct pop-up footnote 10 and the incorrect footnote 19, same html, different behavior after a kepub conversion.

@tartanpion: We probably need to see the whole book. If you read the link @DNSB gave, whether a link is interpreted as a footnote or straight depends on both the link and the destination. If the book is somewhere we can legally download it, post a link. Or the book if it is again legal to do that. Or you could use the ScambleBook plugin to produce a version that can be posted.
Also, this is not an issue with this plugin. The plugin does not make any changes to the links or anchors. This is how the device interprets the book. The link above explains the rules about how this works. |
