Adding a shortcut to [Send via email to my Kindle email address]?

Hello.

I mostly use Calibre to browse my big collection of books and to easily send them to my device via the email option. Thing is, the email send option is tucked away in the Connect/Share button, and then under "Send via email to..." and then selecting the email address.

Since I only use one email, is it possible to have a big UI button at the top toolbar as a shortcut to do that exact action ("send all selected items to the preset email address") so I can do it just a bit more quickly? Is there any plugin that does exactly that? Otherwise, is there any advice you have to make it faster?

And as a smaller question:
* Can Calibre modify my Colletions inside the Kindle device, or must I do it all from the Kindle itself?
* Is there any way to keep track (from within Calibre) of which books I've sent to the device already?

Calibre cannot modify your collections on the kindle. Unless it's jailbroken, then maybe?

Just add the SEND to Kindle to your PC... Then you Download the ebooks direct to your device/s

If you connect your device using a usb cable instead of using email you get one big button and calibre will keep track of which books are on the device and which are not.

TRUE... But when your PC wont connect to your Fires then you need some way to read the ebooks.

Well the APP tells you How to do the transfer to the Amazon CLOUD where you can then DL the ebooks to what ever Amazon device or app you want to...

But then your books won't sync between your Kindles.

For the OP, can't you just add a tag to the ones that you've sent? Or, create a custom column called "Sent to Kindle"?
