For what it's worth, the sale is also on in Canada so more than two shops are involved (Chapters/Indigo, Coles, London Drugs, Best Buy, etc.).

The Clara is still on sale here in Canada (west coast at least) at one of our local retailers for $109.99.

If I hadn't already bought one secondhand I would be seriously considering it. Nice deal!

No sign of any Forma on their site, though they do have the Libra (not on sale).
