Boyue & TheGearBest Wont Respond

Cant seem to get my Lifebook Mars repaired. This has been going on over 6 months. Not sure what to do. Just want to pay to have my screen fixed.

I've hit them up via email, Twitter and Facebook. Bought from TheGearBest (don't buy from them) they won't take it back to send to Boyue. And Boyue won't take it back coz it's not coming from TheGearBest.

I'm at a complete loss of what to do.

Is there anyone that has a suggestion or could help?

I was immediately sent a replacement device, as I emailed the post confirmation - in addition, the postage was paid immediately.
But I didnt buy at GearBest - I bought from AliExpress Likebook Store.

Thanks. No matter what I do I can't get Boyue to repair the device with me trying to pay for it. They just repeat same nonsense about returning it to reseller. Very frustrating.

Luckily I found your thread by searching 'gearbest likebook mars'.

I've changed my mind now. I won't be buying from gearbest. Good after sales support is essential to me. Perhaps link them to this thread and my post.

How about sending your Marsbook to Boyue pretending to be Gearbest? That's what I'd do. Just copy their letterhead from their invoice and write a very short notice saying "this device is to be repaired by customers order, invoice them directly, thanks."

Some just beg to be betrayed, you know

I would try to explain your issue to the likebook aliiexpress store(message them on alli) and say all you want to do is pay for a screen replacement out of pocket? They are a different entity it seems that just resells for them on alli and they might have some more pull if they are willing help out also one of there reps does respond to some inquires on this forum. @likebookstore

I'll try thru Ali Express that might be a good suggestion. I've tried everything else even contacting the Amazon Boyue Lifebook. I got a response but once the guy heard the story he completely ignored me with no response. I get it it's not his concern but at least he could of responded and sent me in a direction.

The not giving a damn from anyone at Lifebook with all the avenues I've tried has made me completely jaded towards @boyuetechnology and I've been buying their product for years. #done

You did tweat them, as well post on their facebook right? Stirring up bad pr is how you get their attention unfortunately.

I have I've tweeted and facebooked them over and over. I've had a response on Twitter once to tell me to go thru the reseller but if they had read my tweet (or not ignored the info) they'd have known that @thegearbest wasn't helping me to get it repaired.

What did you use to pay for the item and is it still in warranty other then the screen issue which would not be covered?

EDIT: sorry forgot in the first post you had said you had tried all of that already (tweeting ect.)

Its still under warranty. Was purchased on March 19, 2019.

Never said it was. Not sure where you got that from. Im wanting to pay to have it fixed. I was just answering the gentleman's question. Which is that it's still under warranty. Which it is. Thanks though.
