Where Calibre save settings?
I needed reinstall SO Windows 10 Home and programs.
I saved all old windows directory.
Can I restore old settings? Which files may I copy and paste? from %localappdata% ?

Usually it's User -> AppData -> Roaming -> calibre. Just copy the entire content of the folder named calibre and paste to the same location on your new installation.

but
Preferences: Miscellaneous has a button (at the bottom) that opens it where ever. for ANY OS
