			Sorry if this is wrong topic here but I have exhausted all my options and turning to this forum. 
		
	
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	
	I ordered OnyxBoox Note from their website for international shipping. Order was placed, payment done, product shipped but now it is held at customs. FedEx through which it was shipped says that it held because "Commercial Invoice is incomplete." FedEx says they should give a complete invoice with product type, details, origin, address, etc in the invoice which is missing. The email I received on order complete also lacks these details. I tried to contact Onyx through email, feedback form but there is no response yet. Has anybody faced this problem and what was your solution. Or does anybody has their phone number where I can speak to them. Or maybe someone from Onyx is hanging out here can help me with the problem. Thanks in advance.  |
