This one's not jailbroken so it didn't have the SKIP_UPDATE_CHECK file.

I will check my KT2 and see if the un-released blocking method I put on it is still working.
I have been using my newer devices so I am unsure when I last checked the KT2's blocking method.

Maybe they missed that one.
